940 Spring Seats: When to replace(strut question)

Okay I've had my car close to 10 years. Roughly eight of those years the car has been lowered(IPD Sport Lowering) with the previous owners strut mounts, spring seats, and struts under it. Now I'm about to tear into the front suspension again. This time I want to make sure I do it right so...

EDIT: Car currently has 231.6k miles

What will go on currently:
IPD springs again
Koni Yellows Single Adjustable
New Strut Mounts
IPD SS brake lines(been saving these to toss on when I had to car torn down)

Whats already been done
Front end stage 0 has already been done aside from my question.

Question:
How often are the spring seats on our cars replaced? Are they replaced every time a strut is replaced or just whenever they decide to take a crap? Everything seems to have a scheduled time for replacement how about these?

Lastly, a newbie question. Spring seats don't come with strut mounts do they?

Never replaced a spring seat, mine are still in good condition. Replace them when they start falling apart.
