Word to wise, 10 AWG is borderline too stiff to do this well, stick with 12 for the power lines (battery + to relay, relay to orig relay).

Where did you get your wire? If it wasn't specifically automotive I'd recommend TXL or GXL next time, finer strand and more flexible than the normal stuff from the hardware store.

It's one of those things where if it was a standard wire harness the length would be figured out, the bends setup properly to start with, etc and then it would bend fine.
