Vacuum Reservoir location

Hi again. Just wanna ask where I can find the vacuum reservoir of a 88 740 wagon gas engine is. They say its in front under the bumper but I can not find anything down there.
This brick is still in its rebuild stage (it isnt even running yet) so am in the slow process of putting it together. Am not sure if the central lock or the hvac gates work so am trying to trace the components. And the reservoir is one component that should be working (but I cant find it).
Please help
Thanks

All the early 740 I have worked on or parted out had a vacuum reservoir that was below the core support running sideways across the car. It was enclosed in the large plastic air guide that funnels air to the radiator.

Thanks all.
There seems to be many changes in location. I looked under and behind the bumper. Nothing there, just the bumper bars. How does it look like.... it would be difficult to find something no knowing what to look for. A snapshot is best, if for some reason someone out there has one.
Thanks in advance

In my 88 and 91, it was located on the driver side engine bay, mounted low directly behind the lower rad support and the mount attached to the frame rail.
Its a black cylinder shaped like a tin can but bigger with vacuum lines going into the top of it. Has a little black vacuum diaphram on top also, looks like a 2 or 3" UFO with a vacuum line entering at a right angle.

Thanks for that. Ill look for a UFO looking cylinder down there and hope to find it right away. A 2-inch alien might be there waiting for me too lol :)))

Thanks again.

This is what it looks like and the cavity in the bumper

It should be hidden behind the plastic panel that seals off the area in front of the fiberglass pannel. I haven't replaced the pannel since I hit a deer.

Literally in the bumper in a place you can not see it without removing the bumper, as that is how you take the pannel out

I think you're describing the charcoal (EVAP) canister.

This is the vacuum reservoir.

Guess what fellas. Since there are many unknowns in this rebuild, I discovered that one of em is that there is no vacuum system in the car. No wonder the centrql foor locks dont work and the hvac gates and doors were left unattended and u fixed by the last owner. Seems to me that Im left with no recourse but to rebuild the system
Myself.
Anybody have access to (or pinpoint to
me) an accurate vacuum system diagram of an 88 740 ?? Am sure some vacuum
Lines are still in there but I need a guide.
Thanks in advance

I think I saw something. It is totally under the radiator and all I could see is what seems to be the rounded end of the picture sent above by 2turbotoys, and theres a hose that goes all the way up to the intake manifold just next to the bracket that holds the accelerator cable "wheel" so as to speak.
So Im assuming I have a vacuum tank that holds vacuun generated from the engine. From there Im lost and that when the diagram is most useful
