Towards the back of the right side of the engine:

It’s to drain coolant from the block.

God that's hidden well. Haynes mentions this but in twenty years I'd never been able to find it.

I'm guessing just loosen it a bit to drain.

You can try just loosening the small hex on the nipple to use the drain function. Or if it's seized just pull the whole thing.

Don't be surprised if nothing comes out, they usually get plugged by gunk over the years. You can take it off and try sticking a wire in there to loosen the crud
