This page has been the most valuable resource in guiding me through building wire harnesses for our formula sae cars:
https://www.rbracing-rsr.com/wiring_ecu.html

These stores have almost everything you'll need to build a wire harness:
https://www.corsa-technic.com/
https://www.prowireusa.com/

Dave Barton has a page where he sells a bunch of connectors and terminals specific to our cars:
https://www.prancingmoose.com/blackvinyl.html
(the url seems kind of funny, but it does indeed link to the correct page as of 2023 Jan 26)

Dave Barton also sells a variety of harnesses:
https://www.prancingmoose.com/volvoharnesses.html
https://www.prancingmoose.com/volvoharnesses2.html
(these pages also have wiring diagrams and other useful info)

I've been buying some real nice fine strand silicone wire off Amazon BNtechgo or something along those lines. Makes harnesses look and feel real purty. Recommend to me by 2turbotoys. My issue with a lot of GXL sold online is its still pretty thick stranded so once unrolled it tries to roll back up. Drives me nuts, the wire I was recommended is actual tinned copper and not copper coated aluminum which is what a lot of sellers pass off as real copper wire now.

I'll ad a few of my favorite wiring suppliers as well, but the original list covers some great ones.
Lot's of components centered around 12-48v automotive systems. They also have some decent fuse panels, PDM, and CANbus components as well.

For when you need some quality wire in whatever color, and in a reasonable lengths.

Edit: adding RaceSpec to the list.

Would anyone have a link to wiring up aftermarket in tank pumps on a 240 . I remember I did it but think I might need bigger gauge.

Just going to add in this bulk head connector

Someone on the TBricks FB group linked it a while ago. Just got one myself. Customer service was awesome.

I cut looms out of Volvos - a couple of cars (x70 or newer, not 700series) will provide all the wiring you'll likely ever need - can't beat the quality & strand options :)

I got this guy for our fsae car (https://www.waytekwire.com/item/45989/Littelfuse-HWB60-AL-Series-60-Circuit-Mini-Power/). Awesome little fuse box and somehow ridiculously cheap. Your links are broken btw.
The Eaton and larger Littelfuse PDMs are pretty neat as well.
I'm still of fan of the Busman 280 series fuse blocks, but they are somewhat hard to find right now: https://www.waytekwire.com/item/46077/Eaton-s-Bussmann-Series-15305-1-2-3-Mini-Fuse/

And links fixed, thanks!

Forgot I also wanted to share this. Most of the generic stackable relay holders I would find online didn't have matching fuse holders but luckily found this ebay seller, has a few different kits and options. Bought the kit linked.

i did that on an 850 that i gutted, i kept most of the wires and used them for years on other projects because they were very nice quality.

Crimpers.

I'm looking for a nice crimper with interchangeable dies, or a kit to cover a wide assortment of connectors. To start- Junior POwer Timer connector pins. Does anyone have a recommendation?

I have a deutch connector tool already and spent the weekend crimping. I'd like to do all the engine side connections now.

I have a wide assortment of crimpers at work, but I want something for home use/harness building.

Also- I need/want to crimp some EV6(?) injector pins. What do they use? Molex?

I don't know where they get it but I have always loved the wiring that diyautotune sells.
