ZF Rack rebuild

Anyone have luck rebuilding racks with the current kits that are out there? I took the ZF out of my girlfriends car since it was leaking out of where the steering shaft goes in, and the junkyard cam I put in a year ago just started leaking from a boot. I just wanted to check if there are any known rebuild kits that are known to be better/worse, and if there are any tricks to the rebuild

It’s $40 off and free shipping with whatever sales they have right now. I just ordered one to see what happens.
Don't want to risk dealing with PPS, rather learn how to rebuild the rack so that I never need to pull another, and also be a source for when others need help with one

The greenbooks available online don't cover the ZF racks so I scanned it and uploaded it to my server.

Hit me up if you want to borrow the ZF rack tools

The rack sold by iPD and rockauto is made by AAE and I've had zero issues well over 6 months in.

I rebuilt my zf last fall with the vp rebuild kit. I posted some crappy pictures/ made a post here of the rebuild. Yes u will def need to borrow those tools. I had to weld some junk together for that big tube nut. I think all in all with new tie rods i spent $200
