I have a 1983 B21FT 245 GLT.
The old weatherstrip was glued and taped on and decaying / not staying on well.
At a junkyard I grabbed one off another 240. I tried putting it on but it doesn't appear to fit right (hood gets a Tesla style panel gap), it does grab nicely onto the cowl lip though (but it's also noticeably longer)
My supposed original is on the right. I drew in red the general shape it likely was if not decrepit. One I snagged is on the left and is too tall. I need about 1" from cowl lip to underside of hood to avoid pushing the hood up. Accidentally clipped the bottom of the image, but it's symmetrically longer.
Anyone got part numbers, which part drawing to find it on?
