My plans for Memorial Day weekend got scrubbed, couldn't get the tickets to the show with such late notice without paying like $2k. So we scrubbed my 40th birthday present and saved 2k. ****.

IF and only IF the family health issues are resolved in the next week or so I will be buying a ticket to fly up Friday, and back Sunday evening. No time to drive, and I have been driving way too much lately. So many miles, so much pain.

So it won't be in a Volvo unless a rental company in Portland has one available, but pretty good chance I will be there.

Drove one in Hawaii. It was decent.

The 2014 mustang I drove in Sac last year was fairly entertaining too.

I really wanted to make it this year...But the whole got laid off with no severance, had to cash in 401k to survive, and now owe $7k in taxes thing kind of changed my plans. Perhaps next year.
