I have a Bentley for my 240 and I love it. Is there anything that is similar for the 940?

Best 940 Manual

I have a PDF file of a Haynes 940 Manual, if you need it send me a PM. It is 24 MB zipped file form.

M9....oh. I have a UK Haynes and it's pretty good. It takes a minute to comprehend the different dialect, but it's very informative.

The version I have mostly has troubleshooting for newer models.
It was designed to be a troubleshoot, repair, and parts guide for volvo dealers.
I did not think much of it when I first got it, but I knew there was more to it. So I kept exploring, and there is more to it.

Best 940 Manual

I did try this, the version I picked up there seemed "crippled" though I could log on and track cars, etc.

Lummert is that an open offer? :-P

The file exceeds maximum size limits for my email server. I am still searching for the link. Here is the file:

volvo_940_haynes_angielski_slaba_jakosc

Maybe someone can find the link.

Best 940 Manual

After finding this file on my hard drive I found that it is not a pdf file. It unzips to a folder containing several folders containing .jpg files of scanned pages of the manual. I can email the separate folders as they are smaller in size. There are 10 folders. I printed one of the pages and it is readable.

I have the .pdf format files of the manuals from that Polish site. So, if anyone wants to give me their email I can try to send it. VADIS needs to have the permissions set for the user. If you set up the user to have access to all areas. Your user will be able to see all the troubleshooting and repair information. It seems to start with repair information around 1988-1990 or so depending on the car model. Nothing for 200 series though. That's all parts. But for 700 late model and 900 series and newer there is a lot of information.

As you get to the newer cars like the 850 and so forth. The repair information starts depending on the Volvo interface tool so if it's a mechanical repair it's good. But if it's a repair involving electronics and you don't have the something2000 tool. Then you won't be able to do much. Oh, and there aren't any wiring diagrams. That's another whole DVD unto itself.
