the same rules apply to lowering a wagon as apply to lowering a sedan

only difference is the wagon will require slightly stiffer springs if you intend carrying load in it

ipd do lowered springs for 140 I think

Cut springs or order lowering springs. You should make sure that you have a good set of shocks on the car. New bushings and front anti-sway bar will also help in the handling department.
