The trans is out of the car, bellhousing off. The side where I would normally pull the seal has a washer pressed in after the seal. How does this come out with out bending it, because it looks like I need to put it back with the new seal?

Its mounted by the battery. For the rest of the cool days it will be open downdraft tube.
I had to take the batt cable off for a while to reset the brain for the new air flo.
The black one is from 91 240 with 5 pin amm. silver is from 94 940T.
Why isn't this plug and play? Can I get along with the black and the turbos fuel computer or am I supposed to change plug ends to use the silver?
This sticker is on the top of the doner cars aw71 (94-940). Is this volvo original or a rebuilders sticker? It was new looking before I washed the trans.
Like the title says, this will give you quad brake lights for extra safety and visibility on your 240, while keeping the rear fog light feature working, as Volvo intended. The tail lights are spade lugs, so adding a jumper wire or slipping in a diode is easy. Most cars have a driver side "fog"...
The aux fan does not turn on with the A/C any more. Jumpering the plug for the switch in the A/C pipe to the condenser [just below lower radiator hose] makes it work.
Does removal and replacement of the switch vent the freon?

Anyone in Sweden know a place with after market heavy duty springs for sale?
In the USA, Groten has scantech and the dealer has stock. IPD used to carry some made in Sweden, but no more.
So, the nut on the spring retainer [rear spring] just spins. When this happened at home, I just blasted it with the welder and continued to take it off. Now it happened at the junkyard. Any ideas for removal?? vicegrips cannot touch it.
