240 93 245 throttle body shaft seal???

I'm over here giving my TB a good service and this TB shaft seal (spring side) is basically dust. What is it? What can it be replaced with?
 
Believe it or not, the red block 8V valve husher! Same exact part # as what sits under the SOHC bucket & on to of the valve stem retainers.

One side of the TB gets this (I think it is the throttle lever side)..... other side where your TPS mount gets an O-ring. Both sides, the void is filled with silicone grease, which you can buy inexpensively on eBay. You have to seal these cavities to prevent vacuum/boost leaks.
