Check the tune ms3x

Hello!

I have my car professionaly tuned on the dyno.
But I still have the idea that something about the tune is not right.
Is it possible that someone check my tune and see if you can find something that is not right?

I have the following setup:

Stock 531 head.
Double valvesprings
T3 camshaft
kl racing inlet manifold
kl extreme exhaust manifold
Holset HE351W
3 inch exhaust
980 cc injectors
DO88 intercooler
90 mm throttle body
the bottom end is forged

Problably forgetting something, but i think these are the most important changes.

With this setup I currently make 385 horsepower on 2.2 bar boost.

Running on octane 98.

The problem i have is that the manifold is turning redhot on idle and it is misfiring at cruising speed.
I also think that we can get more power with this setup.

Have you checked that the injector wires A-B-C-D are connected in 1-3-4-2 engine firing order (i.e. InjA to Cyl1, InjB to Cyl3, InjC to Cyl4, InjD to Cyl2)? If not, the sequential fueling may be injecting at a bad time on one, or more, cyls.

At first it wasnt correct, and the engine wouldnt run. Then i corrected it, and the engine started immediately. So im sure that the wires are correct now.

How about cam timing? And has the AFR reading been verified to be correct?
Afr reading is correct. I have doubts about the camtiming. You can see in the tune that the injector timing is changed to different numbers.

In the zipfile are 2 logs. 1 on the highway and one on cruising at 50kph.

haven't reviewed the email attachments you sent over yet, but glancing at the timing map (and sort of the ve table, but when I get to the datalogs more will be known there), there's a fair bit of wasted resolution down low but I suppose that's not the end of the world. it's also fairly blocky looking and somewhat conservative if not outright amusing around idle and just off idle.

oh boy. based on your datalogs you're off both maps.. you're almost 100kpa over the top of the timing map, and 30 kpa over the top of the ve map. 20 degrees *seems* like it might be a lot of timing on pump gas at 330 kpa, but I guess if it did that on the dyno and it's still driving around more or less fine, it's not that bad? how do the plugs look? may want to take a look at #3

You wouldn't happen to have a dyno graph from this engine/ Tune would you? Its rare to find a tune, data log AND dyno graph all together in one place. Its really helpful reference information.
