So yeah... I got a nail in my tire. :-( Came out to the car while at my friend's house, and the tire was totally flat...

Fortunately, Big Lan is a wheel whore, so I had my pick of temporary wheels...

Make sure that they don't just plug it. Make them actually dismount the tire and use a real patch. Never know what got left behind inside the tire...

Well that sux...those tires only have about 2500mi on them. :-(

 > the video!

What's up with the exhaust? Maybe it's just the angle, but in the profile shot it looks like it's hanging down more than normal. Check the hanger on the right side of the muffler, I had problems with it falling off.

thats a big ****ing nail.
Thats what I was thinking too. Looks more like a small railroad spike. :-P

Yeah, thats what they usually do. I may go to my regular tire shop (Wheel Works) They know me there and will probably hook me up.

Yeah, there is some serious meat on those treads. I love the tires, so I hope I can get it patched and not have to replace it.

I will have to get under there and check the exhaust, but now that I look more closely, you are right. It does seem to be hanging lower. I have some wicked speed bumps in my neighborhood that I can't physically go more than 35 over without bottoming out (speed limit is 30) so I blame them...

Kal tire as well, And de-mounting the tire and patching it from the inside out is the only way to go. Dont cheap out, espicially since you didnt when ya bought the tires.

35mph over speed bumps?!:wtf: Jesus no wonder you're bottoming out, I usually take speed bumps at 10 mph tops

Its those kind of long rolling speed bumps that are designed to be taken at 30mph. I used to take them a lot faster than that in my 960 along the back road that runs paralel to the freeway. Nobody is ever there, and it is long and boring.
